Tabling the Bihar Financial Survey for 2022-23 within the meeting on the opening day of the funds session, Choudhary stated the state authorities continued to give attention to elevated capital expenditure, which rose by 29.4 per cent over the earlier yr to Rs 33,903 crore in 2021-22.
