The finance ministry on Wednesday circulated a draft scheme for settlement of pending disputes associated to authorities contracts. Below the ‘Vivad se Vishwas II’ (contractual disputes) scheme, contractors shall be supplied settlement quantities relying on the standing of a dispute. In circumstances of disputes the place courtroom or arbitral order has been handed, the settlement quantity shall be 80% or 60% of the quantity awarded by the courtroom or the arbitral tribunal.

With respect to circumstances of ongoing litigation for disputes arising out of contracts through which bodily exercise has been stopped or contracts terminated, the settlement quantity can be 30% of the web declare quantity.
