New surveillance video reveals that a Georgia Republican official who was also a fake Trump voter led a team of Trump agents who spent hours violating a Georgia county voting system.
Trump’s fake voter led to violation of voting dates in Georgia
A Republican county official in Georgia and associates working with an attorney for former President Donald Trump spent hours in a restricted area of the Coffee County election office that day. Among those seen in the footage is Cathy Latham, a former Coffee County GOP Chairwoman who is under criminal investigation for posing as a fake voter in 2020.
CNN previously reported that on Jan. 7, 2021, Latham escorted employees working with former Trump attorney Sidney Powell through the front door of the polling station. The new footage appears to refute previous claims by Latham that she was not “personally” involved in the breach.
New video, obtained as part of a year-long civil case in Georgia related to the security of Georgia’s voting systems there, shows Latham stayed in the office for hours as the same employees set up computers near voting machines and appeared to be accessing election data.
The voter data breach is subject to both state and federal investigations
The Fulton County, GA investigation into Trump’s election crimes is also investigating the violation of election data. The DOJ has investigated the violation under the fake election program.
The data breach team worked for Sydney Powell, who worked for Donald Trump. The same group of people, apart from the bogus Georgia voter, also violated voter records in a Michigan county.
Violations of the electoral system are serious crimes, and CCTV in such cases comes as close as possible to evidence of smokers. The alleged violators can be seen on video gaining access to the devices and setting up their own computer.
