There have been nine House Republicans who voted not to give baby formula to babies in low-income households.
The nine Republicans in the House of Representatives should come as no surprise:
Why would anyone vote against a bill to ensure families can buy baby food?
Here is the list of 9 members of Congress (all Republicans) who voted NO:

The legislation secures access to more baby food for the Women Infants and Children Program, also known as WIC. Spokeswoman Pelosi noted before the vote that half of the baby formula sold in the United States is purchased through the WIC program, so a great way to alleviate the shortage would be to make more funding and formula available through WIC.
The nine House Republicans who voted against the low-income baby formula are also backers of the coup to nullify the 2020 election and have backed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Republicans claim Trumpism is freedom, but it’s actually an ideology that justifies starving babies. MAGA supports killing babies through starvation, which is no different from Stalinist Russia or Mao’s China.
Authoritarians are starving their people, and the nine House Republicans who voted against baby food for low-income babies demonstrated what authoritarian ideology looks like in the United States.
