Hulu’s collection “The 1619 Challenge” blames financial inequality between blacks and whites on “racial capitalism.” However nearly each instance offered is the results of authorities insurance policies that, in function or impact, discriminated in opposition to African-People. “The 1619 Challenge” makes an unintentional case for capitalism.

The collection offers many examples of presidency interventions that undercut free markets and property rights. Eminent area, racial crimson lining of mortgages, and authorities assist and enforcement of union monopolies determine prominently.
