Stephen Miller showed up from a cemetery on Fox News and refused to respond when asked if he would comply with the 1/6 committee summons.

Laura Ingraham asked Miller about the subpoena, and he pretty much did the white power soft shoe routine: “Well, I haven’t received any documents or communications at all, but what I’m going to say is this, it’s just an attempt, and…” You know this as well as anyone else to distract you from the terrible failures of the Biden presidency.
Miller learned from Steve Bannon, who spoke publicly about failing to comply with the subpoena and being charged with criminal contempt for not saying out loud that he would fail to comply.
Miller’s response also shows that the Trump crowd is afraid of the investigation and the committee. If Miller really believed the committee had no teeth, he would have boasted that he had no intention of complying with the subpoena.
The fact that he dodged the question suggests the Trumpers are scared. You know Trump lost his case of executive privileges. They know that the legal opportunities to shorten the time to the inauguration of a new Congress are quickly fading.
Trump is no longer there to protect them, so we’re seeing something from the likes of Stephen Miller that we’ve never seen before.
Stephen Miller is scared.
