As reported by native station WCVB5, the Metropolis of Northampton in western Massachusetts gave the native Vibrance Committee $20,000 to create 4 manhole covers. The Northampton Vibrancy Venture was created to revitalize the downtown space after the pandemic ravaged small companies.
