A 36-year-old man is accused of raping a British teenager in the resort of Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol.
It is alleged that he pushed the 15-year-old into an alley after she was out with friends but was alone at the time.
The Senegalese man is on trial in Malaga, the public prosecutor is demanding a 14-year prison sentence and deportation from Spain.

The rape is said to have occurred on the morning of January 1, 2020.
According to prosecutors, the teenager did not have the strength to call for help after the alleged attack and subsequently suffered from post-traumatic stress symptoms. He is said to have grabbed her arm and pushed her into the remote alley.
“After the rape was reported, the girl told investigators about an earlier episode with the man in the summer of 2019 on the night she celebrated her birthday,” reports the Spanish newspaper Sur.es.
“The man reportedly approached her to offer cocaine and after she refused to take it, he grabbed her arm with the intention of pulling her away. However, this was prevented by the girl’s friends who were with her at the birthday party. ‘
In the event of a guilty verdict, the public prosecutor’s office demands 14 years imprisonment as well as a further eight years on probation and 20 years in which he cannot speak to the victim or communicate with him.
The public prosecutor’s office also demands that if the man is on probation, the execution of the sentence should be replaced by his deportation and that, from this point in time, entry into Spain should be prohibited for ten years.
In addition, the public prosecutor’s office is demanding compensation of 15,000 euros for the psychological damage that the accused inflicts on the victim.
