Gwyneth Paltrow testified in her ski harm trial she initially thought the person whom she says got here up from behind her and collided along with her was committing a sexual assault.

Paltrow is on the stand, and gave the jury her account of the accident on a Deer Valley ski slope. She stated she was going slowly when all of the sudden, she heard “a wierd rustling noise” behind her.
