Greenville, S.C.- No. 5 seed Georgia (21-10, 9-7 SEC) defeated No. 10 seed Auburn, 63-45, within the second spherical of the SEC Girls’s Basketball Match on Thursday at Bon Secours Wellness Area in Greenville, South Carolina.

Diamond Battles led the Bulldogs with 18 factors and shot 3-of-4 from three. Javyn Nicholson added 9 factors with seven boards.

Aicha Coulibaly and Sydney Shaw led the cost for the Tigers. Coulibaly fell one rebound shy of a double-double (13 factors, 9 rebounds) and Shaw tacked on 12 factors.
